We have published Article, Looking ahead to the second half of 2013: arbitration. The first half of 2013 has been a busy six months for arbitration practitioners, with ongoing amendments to a number of institutional rules and national legislation and some significant pending appeals. This article gives an overview of the current state of play in respect of those developments, and aims to provide a bird's eye view of the arbitral landscape.
