We are very pleased to welcome Chiann Bao, Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) to the PLC Arbitration consultation board. Prior to joining the HKIAC, Chiann worked with several international law firms and clerked at the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. She also worked with Neil Kaplan, CBE QC SBS in London as an arbitration assistant. Chiann regularly speaks on international arbitration, with a focus on Asia.
