A toolkit linking to standard forms for use in restructuring and insolvency proceedings in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (SI 2016/1024). This toolkit groups together all available forms (authored by Practical Law, HMCTS, the Insolvency Service, Companies House and the European Commission) by type of process or by the insolvency proceedings concerned.
