A Practice Note discussing US antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders, post-order proceedings, and practical issues that importers and domestic interested parties should be aware of regarding imported goods that are subject to these orders. This Note addresses judicial review in the US Court of International Trade (CIT), reviews conducted by the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission (ITC), such as annual administrative reviews, changed circumstances reviews, sunset reviews, and circumvention inquiries, and investigations into alleged evasion of antidumping and countervailing duty orders conducted by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) under the Enforce and Protect Act of 2015 (EAPA).
