A Standard Document is a certificate of the chief executive officer (CEO) of the depositor in a registered asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction regarding the disclosures in the prospectus and the structure of the transaction at the time of each shelf offering. This certificate is required verbatim under Regulation AB II in connection with SEC Form SF-3. This Standard Document includes integrated notes with important explanations and guidance from the final rules.
