This note considers the case management powers of the employment tribunals under the ET rules set out in schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/1237).
In particular, it considers the orders that the tribunal may make and the sanctions that can be imposed for non-compliance. It also considers some particular case management orders that may be made including privacy and restricted reporting orders, and lead cases.
