The meeting of repayment claims by a reclaim fund, the management of dormant assets funds by a reclaim fund and dealing with unwanted asset money are regulated activities under article 63N of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (SI 2001/544) (RAO). This note provides an overview of these activities and considers whether there are any applicable exclusions and exemptions.
