This note explains the method by which a prospective claimant should present a tribunal claim, as prescribed by the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure set out in Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/1237).
