An agreement used in China in the acquisition of a domestic company, for the opening and management of a bank account for the receipt of the purchase price. The agreement is used between the foreign buyer, domestic seller and the seller’s bank, if the seller, local authorities, or local bank are unfamiliar with escrow accounts.
