A summary of the terms and conditions of the Federal Reserve's Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP). The Federal Reserve has authorized the Federal Reserve Banks to establish the BTFP to make available additional funding to eligible depository institutions to ensure they are able to meet the liquidity needs of all their depositors.
