A new set of enquiries has been added to the Commercial Property Standard Enquiries (CPSE). The new enquiries (CPSE.6) are suitable where a commercial property is subject to residential tenancies. CPSE.2 (which are the existing enquiries for use for commercial tenancies) has been revised to harmonise it with CPSE.6. Where the property has mixed use occupation tenancies, both CPSE.2 and CPSE.6 can be raised.
