Crowe & Dunlevy's Intellectual Property Practice Group represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law. Our attorneys are drawn from both the business and litigation area and provide clients with access to attorneys experienced in IP procurement, licensing and transactional matters, IP support in complex transactions, IP portfolio management, and litigation before state and federal tribunals. We are equipped to offer clients IP counsel in a variety of areas including patents, information technology, copyrights, trademarks, unfair trade, the internet, domain names, trade secrets, outsourcing and franchising.
The Firm is positioned to guide individuals and businesses with domestic concerns while simultaneously networking with international agents to provide comprehensive service to clients with transnational interests and global IP portfolios. This approach has enabled the IP Group to advise clients in procuring, licensing or enforcing IP in every major region of the world. Our patent attorneys have the requisite scientific training and industry experience necessary to understand and advise on technology matters while drawing from training in such diverse fields as chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, petroleum engineering, physics and software and hardware engineering. This collective body of technical training and experience facilitates technology procurement, protection and exploitation efforts covering a wide array of technologies from polymer chemistry to gaming software, and from industrial equipment to health care. We are also very experienced at litigating in federal and state courts on IP matters across the nation.
