This note considers the employment law implications of the COVID-19 pandemic that applied before 1 April 2022 in relation to statutory sick pay entitlement, self-isolation, homeworking, vulnerable workers, annual leave, dealing with the economic impact of the pandemic, travel restrictions and the effect of the pandemic on employment tribunal and EAT proceedings. It ceased to be maintained from 28 March 2022.
