A Practice Note introducing the regulatory regime for the collection and processing of children's personal information (PI) in China (PRC). It summarises the requirements over the processing of children's PI under the PI protection laws and regulations and national standards in China. The Note also provides practical guidance for PI processors (in particular in the video game and streaming industries) to mitigate compliance risks associated with children using their services.
