System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+)

System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval + (SEDAR+) is an electronic means of submitting information to the Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities and certain Stock Exchanges in Canada (the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and Cboe Canada require documents to be delivered directly to the exchange) that replaced SEDAR, the National Cease Trade Order Database, the Disciplined List, and certain filings in the British Columbia Securities Commission’s eServices system and the Ontario Securities Commission’s Electronic Filing Portal effective July 25, 2023.
All references to the SEDAR+ website should be to www.sedarplus.com because this is the address referenced in all rules and regulations that reference the SEDAR+ website. Although using this address automatically redirects to www.sedarplus.ca/ landingpage/, references to the website should remain as www.sedarplus.com.
Documents filed on SEDAR+ will be publicly available.
On March 23, 2023, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced in Canadian securities regulators announce rules to support new SEDAR+ filing system that the following will be effective June 9, 2023:
The CSA announced on June 1, 2023 in Canadian securities regulators defer launch of new SEDAR+ filing system that intended to launch SEDAR+ on July 25, 2023, which it did. SEDAR is no longer available. See SEDAR+ About page on the CSA website.
The Ontario Securities Commission announced that as the CSA continues to stabilize SEDAR+, there are intermittent performance problems with filings and search functionality. Time-sensitive filings that cannot be filed through SEDAR+ should be emailed to:
