This practice note provides an overview of the conventions recommended by the Working Group on Sterling Risk Free Reference Rates for sterling loans based on SONIA compounded in arrears (SONIA Loan Market Conventions). It also discusses other considerations relevant when drafting or reviewing a facility agreement where interest is calculated on that basis.
