A checklist on the grounds on which a transaction entered into by a company (before it goes into liquidation) may be challenged under the Companies Act 1993. These include insolvent (or voidable) transactions, voidable charges, transactions at an undervalue, transactions for inadequate or excessive consideration, avoidance of securities and charges and voidable dispositions.
