Standard Clauses for use in a non-exclusive patent license agreement providing for the licensee to receive the benefit of any more favorable financial terms that a licensor later offers to a third party. These Standard Clauses include two alternative most favored licensee (MFL) provisions (also called most favored nation (MFN) clauses), one drafted broadly in the licensee's favor and a narrow provision drafted in the licensor's favor.
