On October 16, 2017, the US Department of State announced that registration for the 2019 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV-2019) lottery, originally scheduled for October 3 to November 7, 2017, experienced technical issues. Registration for the DV lottery will restart on October 18, 2017 and run through November 22, 2017. Any entries received between October 3rd and October 10th are invalid.

On October 16, 2017, the US Department of State announced that registration for the 2019 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV-2019) lottery, originally scheduled for October 3 to November 7, 2017, experienced technical issues. Registration for the DV lottery will restart on October 18, 2017 and run through November 22, 2017. Any entries received between October 3rd and October 10th are invalid.
On October 16, 2017, the US Department of State announced that registration for the 2019 Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (DV-2019) lottery, originally scheduled to run between October 3 and November 7, 2017, experienced technical issues (82 Fed. Reg. 48563 (Oct. 18, 2017)). Any entries submitted between October 3rd and 10th are invalid.
Online registration for the DV lottery will restart on October 18, 2017 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time (ET), and will end on November 22, 2017, at 12:00 noon ET.
