A Practice Note providing an overview of the commonly recognized delivery systems used in the construction of privately owned projects. It identifies the parties and contractual relationships for each delivery method and describes the sequencing of the planning, design, and construction of the project. This Practice Note also provides a general description of widely used variations of those project delivery systems.
