Abercrombie & Fitch Stores, Inc. the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit reversed the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and held that an employer's duty to provide a religious accommodation is not triggered unless or until an employee or applicant provides explicit notice of a need for one.
