A Practice Note explaining how to draft and serve requests for admission (RFAs) in a civil action in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part or in a non-foreclosure action in the Chancery Division, General Equity Part. This Note discusses the structure and content of RFAs and how to draft the caption, introduction, definitions, instructions, requests, and signature block. This Note also discusses the rules for serving RFAs and preparing a proof of service.
