A note providing an overview of the joint FCA and HM Treasury discussion paper (DP23/5) on the Advice Guidance Boundary Review (AGBR). DP23/5 identifies three proposals that aim to encourage firms to provide greater levels of advice and support to consumers to enable them to make more effective financial decisions.
