Model document requests, sometimes referred to as requests for production, RFPs, or inspection demands, to be used by employer's counsel when requesting documents from a plaintiff in a single plaintiff employment discrimination case under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). This Standard Document applies to private workplaces. It is based on California law. This Standard Document has integrated notes with important explanations on how to serve the request for production of documents, set the date for production, and request electronically stored information along with drafting tips for the caption, definitions, instructions, and document requests.
