A deed of novation to be used when an incoming party will assume the rights, as well as the obligations and liabilities, of an outgoing party under a contract. This deed transfers the rights, obligations and liabilities of an outgoing party to an agreement to a new incoming party, thereby effectively substituting the incoming party for the outgoing party.
