On 10 July 2012, the European Commission published its Summary Report of responses received on the public consultation on factual examples and possible ways to tackle double non-taxation cases. The Commission launched this consultation on 29 February 2012 with the aim of obtaining a better picture of the real problem of double non-taxation and, if possible, of its financial impact.
