EU ETS: Commission publishes two draft Regulations on monitoring, reporting and verification | Practical Law

The European Commission published two draft Regulations on 9 November 2011, one for the monitoring of, and reporting on, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and one for accreditation and verification of those reports. Both Regulations will apply to Phase III of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS) from 2013-2020.
