A Practice Note addressing oral argument and post-argument procedures in an appeal from a Pennsylvania court of common pleas civil order or judgment to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. This Note explains the availability of oral argument and how to request, schedule, prepare for, and present oral argument in the Superior Court. This Note also discusses how and when a party may file an additional letter, brief, or memorandum after oral argument and before the court issues its decision.
