This Note explains the procedure for confirming an arbitration award in Oklahoma and the grounds on which a party may challenge enforcement under Oklahoma and federal law, including the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), and the Oklahoma Uniform Arbitration Act (OUAA).
