This note tracks ongoing initiatives and developments relating specifically to the FCA's regulation of pension and retirement products. Many of these measures are in response to the UK government's wide-ranging 2015 reform of workplace pension provision in the UK and the FCA's subsequent review of its pension and retirement rules.
