A short form lease of bare land for a fixed term of five years or less. This document is intended as a basic starting point and requires adaptation to reflect the circumstances. It is suitable for a business tenancy under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (LTA 1954) (whether or not contracted out of the security of tenure provisions). It is also suitable for a tenancy where the tenant will have no security of tenure or protection from eviction under the LTA 1954 or any other statutory regime.
