A Practice Note addressing how public companies are incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics into their executive incentive compensation programs. This resource reviews a sampling of SEC filings that include discussions of each identified company's approach to ESG and executive incentive compensation. It includes a high-level summary of each selected company's approach, a link to the applicable filing, and the company's industry and Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code. This Practice Note will be periodically updated throughout the 2024 proxy season.
