A Standard Clause providing general corporate social responsibility (CSR) representations and warranties for use in a commercial sale of goods or services transaction. Under this Standard Clause, a seller, service provider, or vendor (collectively, the supplier) represents and warrants to a buyer or customer that it conducts its business in accordance with the customer's written CSR policy and CSR laws, rules, and regulations. Optionally, the parties may agree that the supplier's compliance with its own CSR policy will satisfy its representations and warranties of compliance with the customer's CSR policy.
