A note outlining the FCA's review of its rules relating to pension and retirement products in the Conduct of Business sourcebook (COBS) (principally in COBS 19), which followed the UK government's introduction of pension freedoms in April 2015.
This note is law stated which means that it is no longer updated to reflect changes to the rules in the areas it covers. Its purpose is to provide an overview of the rules when they were introduced or amended as part of the FCA's Pension Review.
