Certified as a senior human resources professional by two respected human resources certifying groups, Hartwell Thalacker's founder, Laura Thalacker, is uniquely qualified to provide employers with practical, as well as strategic, advice on human resources matters. Hartwell Thalacker's founders, Doreen Spears Hartwell and Laura Thalacker, have served in leadership positions in various Bar and community groups. In 2014, the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada presented Ms. Spears Hartwell with its highest honor, naming her the "Pro Bono Attorney of the Year," for her tireless efforts in providing pro bono services in Southern Nevada.
