Collective Bargaining Agreement: Ratification Bonus Clause | Practical Law
A Standard Clause that can be included in a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), memorandum of agreement (MOA), or collective bargaining proposal to reflect that bargaining unit employees on the employer's payroll when the agreement or proposal is ratified receive a bonus. It is based on the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and considers the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), but also may be used by private sector employers subject to the Railway Labor Act (RLA) or public sector employers.
