An update on the Court of Appeal's decision in R v Christopher Gilham [2009] EWCA Crim 2293, 9 November 2009, in which it upheld the conviction against the defendant for offences contrary to section 296ZB of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 arising out of his sales of modchips.
