This note provides an overview of the additional placement considerations for entities listed on the ASX when issuing securities. The ASX Listing Rules place certain restrictions on an entity's capacity to issue securities, in particular, the requirement to obtain shareholder approval for issues exceeding placement capacity, issues to restricted persons or issues that would result in a significant change to the entity's activities.
