Glossary

Employee organisation

An organisation of employees, with "organisation" itself being defined as an organisation registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (Cth) (section 12, Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (FW Act)).
For the purpose of an enterprise bargaining for a greenfields agreement, a "relevant employee organisation" is one that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of one or more of the employees who will be covered by the agreement, in relation to work to be performed under the agreement (section 12, FW Act).
