A short-form Standard Clause that can be used in the stockholders agreement of a US corporation that is or might become a reporting company under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA). This Standard Clause requires the corporation's stockholders to provide the corporation with information it needs to satisfy its beneficial ownership information reporting obligations under the CTA. This Standard Clause is not intended for use in agreements where the parties require detailed reporting provisions.
