Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation

The regulator for the gas, electricity and water industry in Northern Ireland, also known as the Utility Regulator. The Utility Regulator has a duty to protect consumer interests, promoting effective competition wherever possible and has powers under the UK Competition Act 1998.
