This Legal Update reports on significant changes to the local rules and procedures for all US federal district courts and appellate courts between April 22 and 28, 2015. It also reports on changes to the individual practice rules for the judges in select district courts during this period.
Second Circuit
Second Circuit Court of Appeals

The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals posted a notice that, as of May 4, 2015, it will be mandatory that all Applications for Admission to Practice be submitted electronically via the court's ECF document filing system.
