The US Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released a new voluntary educational poster.
The US DOL Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released a new voluntary educational poster. The new poster, which is not a mandatory posting, has been provided by OFCCP to increase public awareness of the role of the OFCCP. Specifically, the poster states that companies doing business with the Federal government must:
  • Strengthen the middle class by hiring a diverse workforce.
  • Treat workers fairly and without discrimination.
  • Pay all workers fairly.
The poster also provides OFCCP's contact information and encourages individuals who believe they have experienced discrimination to contact OFCCP.
