On August 29, 2019, the Albany County Supreme Court declared the Household Cleansing Product Information Disclosure Program null and void in Household and Commercial Products Association v. New York State Dep’t. of Environmental Conservation, 110 N.Y.S.3d 518 (Sup. Ct. Albany Co. 2019).
