Related body corporate
For the purposes of section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), a body corporate is related to a second body corporate if it is:
- The holding company of another body corporate.
- The subsidiary of another body corporate.
- The subsidiary of a holding company of another body corporate.
The first body corporate is a related body corporate of the second body corporate.
