The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (ITIB) have jointly issued guidelines on the use of a standard contract for cross-boundary flow of personal information among nine mainland cities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and Hong Kong, together with a template of the GBA standard contract.
