Eastern District of New York

District of New Jersey

The US District Court for the District of New Jersey posted a pre-trial order used by five judges.

Fifth Circuit

Eastern District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued an amended Exhibit A to its Hurricane Ida Case Management Order No. 3. The amended exhibit incorporates revisions to deadlines made by the second and third amendments to the case management order.

Southern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas posted instructions that a lawyer seeking to appear pro hac vice should first register for e-filing in the Southern District of Texas. Once the e-filing request has been processed, then the attorney can electronically file the motion and pay the fee.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois updated its local rules and internal operating procedures.
Magistrate Judge Mary M. Rowland issued the following orders:
