English Court of Appeal considers law of arbitration agreement and effect of No Oral Modification clauses | Practical Law

In Kabab-Ji SAL (Lebanon) v Kout Food Group (Kuwait) [2020] EWCA Civ 6, the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal against a decision relating to a preliminary issue concerning the governing law of the arbitration agreement and the question of whether the respondent had become a party to the agreement.
