On 7 August 2013, China's National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) released its highly anticipated decision following its investigation of nine infant formula producers (including Wyeth (Nestle), Dumex (Danone), Mead Johnson, Meiji, Biostime, Beingmate, Abbott, FrieslandCampina and Fonterra) for resale price maintenance (RPM).
