The Supreme People's Court (SPC) has issued rules to regulate the behaviour of former judges and other personnel of the SPC after they resign from public service. The rules implement the Opinions on the Behaviour of Civil Servants after Resigning from Public Service 2017 in relation to the highest level of China's judiciary.
